Job description
About this role
About The Role
The role owns the demand engine for a fast-growing technology company: planning and executing integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and web.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position sits at the intersection of brand and revenue — translating positioning into campaigns, content, and conversion paths that sales can close. It matters because growth depends on it.
Key Responsibilities
- Own demand-generation programs end-to-end: strategy, brief, execution, measurement, and iteration
- Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns across email (HubSpot/Marketo), paid search and social (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and organic content
- Develop and manage the SEO/SEM strategy — keyword targeting, landing page optimization, and technical SEO collaboration with web/engineering
- Build and report on campaign dashboards in GA4 and the CRM (Salesforce), tracking MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Run A/B tests on messaging, creative, and landing pages to lift conversion at every funnel stage
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, plus a quarterly marketing budget, with clear ROI reporting to leadership
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and design to produce assets — case studies, webinars, nurture streams — that move buyers forward
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of B2B or B2C tech marketing experience with demonstrated pipeline or revenue impact
- Hands-on expertise with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and GA4
- Working knowledge of paid media and SEO: keyword strategy, audience targeting, and budget optimization
- Strong writing and editing skills — able to draft briefs, emails, and landing page copy that convert
- Analytical and comfortable with attribution models, funnel metrics, and building performance reports
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with account-based marketing (6sense, Demandbase), marketing ops, or event/webinar marketing; familiarity with Salesforce reporting
