Federal Human Capital Business Analyst

Everforth ECS is seeking a Federal Human Capital Business Analyst to work remotely.

ECS is seeking a Federal Human Resources (HR) Analyst to work remotely on a high performing team on a high visibility and critical human capital system implementation. The ideal candidate will be an experienced federal HR expert possessing interpersonal skills that elicit confidence, trust, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support federal customers in the application of an enterprise strategy for federal human capital management (HCM)
• Provide expertise on Federal HR automated information systems and processes
• Identify and analyze the impact of HR decisions on the total HR service delivery to customers
• Provide support for the continuous improvement of the customer and key stakeholder experience
• Support and advise on a myriad of human resource operating business process reengineering activities

Salary Range: $110,000-$115,000

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Must be a US Citizen
• 4+ years related experience, with at least 2 years federal HR experience
• Experience working with HR data, metrics, and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive understanding of OPM regulations, pertaining to personnel processing
• Ability to gather requirements for HR, payroll systems, and beyond
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, writing clearly and concisely
• Experience providing support to immediate team leadership
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability to evolving business and technical requirements
• Mastery of business reengineering techniques and process tools
• Refined oral presentation skills, comfortable delivering clear, concise presentations to executive leaders
