  • Communicate analysis results and outcomes clearly and tailor based on the audience
  • Help build and evolve our analytical foundation, including event instrumentation, metric frameworks, and scalable self-serve analytics tools
  • Mentor other members of the team and raise the bar for data storytelling, analytical rigor, and stakeholder influence across the org

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent years of practical work experience
  • 5+ years of experience using SQL or similar big data querying languages
  • 5+ years of experience with programming language, such as Python or R

  • Experience using machine learning and statistical analysis for building data-driven product solutions or performing methodological research
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - ability to distill complex findings from data and models into compelling insights for technical and non-technical audiences

Bonus (Nice to have):

  • Advanced degree in applied mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics or related field
  • Experience in a product-focused role in or legal medical domain
  • Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a track record of elevating scientific standards and growing junior talent across teams
