About this role

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Euronext’s vision and ambitions in compliance, helping U.S. businesses navigate regulatory requirements with ease by delivering scalable, integrated solutions that embed compliance into every aspect of their business processes.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company’s product strategy and direction, managing the product backlog, and building a compliance-focused business that supports the company’s growth and expansion in the U.S. market. You will empower compliance teams with best-in-class digital tools designed to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Your mission is to simplify complexity by making regulatory compliance easier to understand, implement, and monitor. You will help employees understand applicable regulations, support organizations in monitoring compliance across their operations, and make compliance obligations more accessible, efficient, and seamless to manage.

Your Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy:

In collaboration with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), develop the product strategy and vision for your area of responsibility in alignment with the company’s overall strategy. Ensure that product initiatives are fully aligned with business objectives, drive rapid and tangible business growth, and meet customer needs and revenue expectations.

Product Discovery:

Conduct in-depth customer interviews to identify pain points and uncover unmet needs. Translate these insights into a clear product roadmap, accelerating time to market while maintaining high standards of quality.

Product Design, Architecture, Enhancement, and Delivery:

Define our digital solutions and workflows to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet customer requirements. Establish how our data is structured, managed, and shared with the wider ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Act as the “CEO of the Product,” bringing together engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that products are developed effectively, aligned with market needs, and successfully positioned and commercialized.

Innovation:

Collaborate closely with product team members to drive innovation. Maintain ongoing engagement with industry experts, senior leaders at customer and partner organizations, and internal IT delivery, sales, and support teams to identify opportunities, gather feedback, and continuously improve our products.

Team Management

This role may involve managing a team of 30 to 60 product managers to support the company’s market positioning, brand development, and go-to-market objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Senior Leadership Experience: At least five years of senior executive experience, ideally with a strong track record of leadership and innovation in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

Regulatory and Compliance Expertise

Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance within the financial services industry.

Product Development Expertise

A thorough understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.

Financial Services Expertise

Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and the ability to translate complex data into valuable, customer-focused products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

A proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and partners at all levels.

Analytical Thinking

Strong analytical skills, with a focus on customer needs, market trends, and data-driven decision-making.

Pricing and Business Model Development

Experience in pricing strategy and business model development is preferred.

Language Skills

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

What We Offer

A Dynamic, International, and Diverse Team: You will work alongside 30 local colleagues and collaborate with a network of more than 2,200 professionals across Europe and Asia.

A Collaborative Work Environment

We foster a supportive and collaborative culture that offers flexible career paths, continuous learning opportunities, and professional development to help you grow and thrive in your career.
