Senior Partner Sales Manager - OpenAI & xAI Partnerships

We’re looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager to drive growth through our AI partner ecosystem, with a focus on OpenAI and xAI. You’ll combine an entrepreneurial sales mindset with partner-led growth strategies, carrying a quota and delivering measurable revenue through new-logo acquisition and partner-sourced or partner-influenced opportunities.

You’ll work remotely with our US-based team and help position EPAM as a preferred partner for enterprise-level digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Carry a revenue quota, delivering results through both new-logo wins and partner-sourced or influenced pipeline
• Build and nurture senior executive relationships across the partner ecosystem, including OpenAI, xAI, and related partners
• Co-develop go-to-market strategies and routes to market with partners
• Position EPAM as a preferred partner for large-scale, AI-enabled digital transformation
• Collaborate with EPAM sales, solution, and delivery teams to shape and close joint opportunities
• Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline and forecast accurately

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise sales, partner sales, or alliances
• Hands-on experience working with or selling alongside OpenAI, xAI, or comparable AI/technology partners
• Experience with partner-sourced and partner-influenced selling motions (PSM)
• Established relationships with senior executives at enterprise clients and partner organizations
• Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation and AI/GenAI solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations.

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $160,000-$180,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
