Product Manager

• Domain & Industry Experience: General benefits administration experience required. Experience in COBRA or Consumer-Driven Health (CDH) plans is helpful, but not strictly required.
• Scale & Leadership: Someone who has led complex projects involving more than multiple, cross-domain teams that require extensive collaboration.
• Connectivity: Someone who can "connect the dots" across teams and components.
• Standard PM Skills: 8+ years of strong foundational product management skills. Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to execute in a high-pressure, fast pace environment. Must be hands on with guiding teams on defining scope, deliverables, and outcomes. Focus on creating epics, user stories and collaborating with key business stakeholders, SMEs, design and technical teams to refine these to ensure we are building the right product and experience
• Comfort and experience in using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Figmamake, Claude, Gemini) to create prototypes

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
