  • Develop and execute global portfolio strategies and product roadmaps based on market trends, customer insights, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify unmet customer needs and transform Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback into innovative product opportunities and business cases.
  • Lead upstream marketing activities throughout the product development lifecycle, including market assessments, opportunity evaluation, and stage-gate deliverables.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams to bring new products from concept to commercialization.
  • Support regional and global commercial teams with product training, market intelligence, forecasting, pricing strategies, and launch execution.
  • Serve as a product and market expert, continuously monitoring industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze market, sales, and financial data to drive strategic recommendations and investment decisions.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring successful and timely delivery of key business objectives.

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive growth through strategic product management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Pomona, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Pomona in the near future. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week.
