If you're a mission-driven RN with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, and you’re looking to work with a collaborative and growing home care agency, we’d love to connect with you.

Why Join Entrust Health?

  • Competitive Pay & Benefits – Salary commensurate with experience, plus 401(k) with matching, health insurance, and PTO.

  • Growth-Oriented – Training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive work environment.

Position Overview

As a Client Care Supervisor, you’ll oversee the clinical oversight and care coordination of IHSS services. You will serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking families and caregivers, helping bridge communication gaps while ensuring compliance, quality, and compassionate care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and update individualized care plans in line with Colorado IHSS regulations.
  • Conduct new and ongoing client assessments and in-home supervisory visits at least every three months to support care quality, caregiver competency, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with families, case managers, and caregivers to adjust care plans as conditions change.
  • Support compliance with state and federal regulations by conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and ensuring adherence to EVV requirements for HCBS, as part of the agencies QMP.
  • Lead caregiver training and competency validation with a focus on safety, professionalism, and person-centered care.
  • Act as a point of contact for client care needs and provide coaching to caregivers on daily living assistance, safety, and emotional support.
  • Participate in incident investigations, address safety risks, and provide follow-up training or counseling as needed to mitigate future issues.
  • Work alongside agency leadership to shape policy, refine care processes, and support culturally responsive service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, home care, or related settings. Experience with Colorado's In-Home Support Services (IHSS) program is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Colorado’s Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) regulations, including Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with caregiver training and supervision is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g., office supplies, files, or small medical equipment).
  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively to staff, caregivers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to travel locally for home visits, staff supervision, client assessments, and compliance checks.
