About the Role

Ensisinfo Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Data Product Manager / Sr. Technical Product Manager to join our team in Overland Park, KS. In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of data products across RAN, Core, and Transport (Tran) domains, working at the intersection of telecom technology and product innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product roadmap for data products spanning RAN, Core, and Transport network domains
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to deliver scalable technical solutions
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable product specifications
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
• Analyze telecom network data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product improvement
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Serve as the subject matter expert on RAN, Core, and Transport data pipelines and platforms
• Communicate product vision, updates, and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on data products or telecom platforms
• Strong understanding of RAN (Radio Access Network), Core Network, and Transport/Transmission technologies
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and manage cross-functional delivery teams
• Experience working with data pipelines, data lakes, APIs, or network analytics platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred
