About this role
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to serve as the operational and managerial backbone of our growing online business. This role turns vision into action through systems, team leadership, project oversight, and operational strategy. A key part of this role is managing a team of 13.
This includes a sales team, health coaches, and other team members. Most of the systems and processes are in place, so the biggest focus is the team.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, a clear communicator, and confident in managing projects, people, and processes. This is a leadership role designed for someone who thrives on structure, organization, and driving execution.
About Us
Elevate Health Naturally is a root-cause health coaching company in the category of Foundational Medicine, a systems-based approach that addresses cellular dysfunction in the correct sequence before any detox, hormone, or gut protocol can succeed.
We serve women (and men as standalone clients) who know something is wrong, have tried supplements and perhaps seen a functional medicine doctor, got some results, but haven't found anything that lasts, and are ready for a better solution that actually solves the root cause.
Our mission is to empower women to understand their bodies, trust the process of healing, and build lasting health, not just for themselves, but in a ripple effect that heals their husbands, their children, and the generations that follow. We currently have a team of 13, and we are in a growth phase, expanding programs, improving operations, and building long-term sustainability.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coordination (main focus of the role)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the team

- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Manage terminations, performance reviews/improvement plans, etc.
- Host all recurring team meetings and one-to-one check-ins
- Maintain healthy team communication and alignment
Operations & Process Management
- Run day-to-day operations so recurring processes (program delivery, marketing cycles, client onboarding, sales) happen on time and the same way every time
- Spot bottlenecks and fix them before they slow the team down
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs for every core process as the business grows
- Manage the project management system and keep workflows current
- Own the tech stack: keep tools and automations working, and recommend upgrades when something no longer fits.
Project Management
- Turn strategic initiatives into clear, actionable project plans
- Break down projects into tasks, milestones, and timelines
- Manage projects including launches, funnels, content workflows, and program improvements
- Coordinate team tasks and ensure deadlines are met
