Position Overview

Business Intelligence Manager - Washington Commanders, New Stadium

Elevate is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to support our pipeline and sales operations for a new project with the Washington Commanders, as the team prepares for its move to their new stadium in 2030.

Ideal for a driven professional who loves leveraging data to fuel performance, this role will play an integral part on the PSL and Suite sales project by analyzing, implementing, interpreting, presenting, and communicating data to enhance processes, decision-making, and revenue outcomes.

This individual will serve as an integral part of both the Elevate RSA (Revenue, Strategy and Analytics) team and the Washington Commanders project team, acting as the primary liaison for sales leaders across all pipeline operations, from lead distribution to performance analysis.

The Business Intelligence Manager will receive direct support from the Elevate RSA team, while also collaborating with the Commanders’ Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate is an analytical team player and exceptional communicator versed in CRM concepts, lead generation, lead scoring, segmentation, dashboard creation, data modeling, and ticket sales strategy.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

This is an in-office role, based in Washington DC.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch campaigns, assign leads and create tasks within Dynamics CRM
  • Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize campaigns and organize reps effort
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and executive-level revenue metrics
  • Track sales team performance within Dynamics CRM, including rep-level activity, pipeline health, and conversion trends
  • Analyze rep pipeline and activity trends to surface actionable insights, delivering regular recommendations directly to sales leadership
  • Design and build predictive lead scoring and segmentation models to prioritize the highest-value leads for the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales operations and CRM administrators to enhance data integrity, user adoption, and process efficiency within Dynamics
  • Provide additional analytical support for the overall Elevate and Commanders partnership as needed

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Analytics, CRM, or Business Intelligence role required
  • Experience working for a professional sports organization, college athletics department or sports agency is highly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or HubSpot required
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Tableau and/or PowerBI dashboards in a business context
  • Experience supporting sales or revenue organizations specifically preferred

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau and/or PowerBI
  • Familiarity with AI tools, specifically Claude and Claude Code
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures and the relationships between accounts, contacts, opportunities, and products/revenue
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical executive audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google suites
  • Operates with the autonomy and judgment of a senior practitioner — able to independently scope, prioritize, and execute analytics projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable presenting findings directly to sales and executive leadership
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understands the importance of preserving confidentiality of sensitive sales and revenue data
