Junior Software Engineer – .NET / C# (Hybrid Miami, FL)

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a .NET C# Developer to join their fast-paced and collaborative IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building and maintaining enterprise-level .NET applications and working with SQL Server-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and Azure services under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Contribute to the development and support of scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise applications.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices for rapid prototyping.
• Create and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, views, and data models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for gathering requirements and creating working prototypes.
• Adhere to SDLC policies and procedures. Participate in sprint planning and ensure delivery of projects within established timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience with .NET development (C#).
• Experience with SQL Server development (T-SQL, stored procedures, views, functions).
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
• Familiarity with object-oriented design principles, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate).
• Experience with version control systems like Git, GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Domain experience in financial services, real estate, or title insurance is a plus.
