Job Description

Differenz System is seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain reliable software applications and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming, application architecture, database integration, and modern software development practices.

In this role, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and project stakeholders to transform business requirements into functional software. You will contribute to web applications, custom business systems, and digital products while helping improve application performance, security, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and custom software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Develop application features using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Python, or other relevant technologies.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement functional and user-friendly interfaces.
• Troubleshoot software defects and resolve technical issues.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.
• Support application deployment, maintenance, and ongoing improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate project progress.
• Follow software security practices and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in software development or application engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Understanding of front-end and backend development principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, database systems, and application integration.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of software testing, debugging, and secure coding practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, or ASP.NET Core.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Understanding of scalable software architecture and application modernization.
• Experience developing custom business applications or mobile-integrated software solutions.

Compensation
