Project Accountant

Design Corporation has an opening in our Denver office at I-25 and Broadway for a full time Project Accountant to provide support to our offices, its 60+ employees, and accounting team. Ideal candidate is a “people” person who is highly motivated, conscientious and interested in a long-term position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibilities include overall accounting functions, as well as:
• Working closely with Project Managers
• Coordinating with Subconsultants and Clients
• Project setup, account management, contract review and invoicing requirements, and billing
• Accounts Receivable
• Time Sheets
• Working knowledge in the A/E industry and Microsoft Office is a plus. Experience with Deltek/VantagePoint is also advantageous.
• Self-motivation with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Other responsibilities as needed to support the accounting team and Business Manager

EDUCATION

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Business Administration and 2+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
