Job Title: Gen AI Engineer / Gen AI Developer on W2 only Location: Dallas, TX (Remote) Duration: 12+ months contract with Possible Extension Job Summary We are looking for an experienced GenAI Engineer / Developer with strong Python development skills to join our team in Dallas, TX.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing Generative AI solutions, working with Agent SDKs, and Python-based applications.
Required Skills: • 7+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technology roles. • Strong hands-on experience with Python programming. • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI/ML concepts. • Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Gemini. • Experience with Agent SDKs and AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, OpenRouter, or similar platforms. • Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases. • Experience developing APIs and integrating AI services into enterprise applications. • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as LangChain. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP or Azure. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and deployment practices. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise GenAI implementations. • Experience with AWS Bedrock and AWS AI/ML services. • Experience with AWS cloud services is preferred. • Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Experience with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
