DFW Stickers is a growing custom printing company specializing in high quality, full color vinyl stickers, labels, banners, and other custom printed products.

We're looking for a dependable, detail oriented team member who enjoys working with customers, has strong Adobe Illustrator skills, and wants to grow with our business.

About the Position

This is a customer facing role that combines customer service, graphic design, and print order coordination.

You'll help customers turn their ideas into finished products by answering questions, preparing quotes, creating digital proofs, and making sure orders are ready for production.

The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with customers, managing multiple orders, and working independently in a busy print shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Quoting

• Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, and in person.
• Prepare accurate quotes for custom printing orders.
• Help customers select appropriate products, materials, sizes, and quantities.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, artwork approvals, and order details.
• Maintain professional, friendly communication throughout the ordering process.

Graphic Design & Proofing

• Use Adobe Illustrator to create and modify customer artwork.
• Prepare professional digital proofs for customer approval.
• Check artwork for sizing, resolution, bleed, cut lines, and print readiness.
• Make minor design adjustments and revisions as requested.
• Organize and prepare approved artwork for production.

Order Processing & Shop

Support

• Assist with order entry and tracking.
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Help with packaging, shipping, vinyl weeding, and other light production tasks when needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with product images, online listings, and occasional social media graphics.

Required Qualifications

• Adobe Illustrator experience is required.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a print shop, sign shop, or graphic design environment.
• Familiarity with vinyl printing, stickers, labels, or banners.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Etsy, Shopify, or eBay.
• Knowledge of screen printing, heat transfers, or apparel graphics.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00–$18.50 per hour, depending on experience.
• Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday. 9:30 to 5:30.
• Location: Fort Worth, Texas.
• Work Environment: In person, creative, collaborative, and fast paced.
