Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce Product Owner

to drive Salesforce product development and delivery by collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product backlog management, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and define product requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical dependencies.
  • Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, business analysts, QA, and integration teams.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and release planning.
  • Review deliverables and ensure they meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-release activities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Track product progress and communicate status, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce capabilities, business processes, and user experience.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and Salesforce delivery.

  • Strong experience as a

Salesforce Product Owner / Product Manager

  • Experience working on Salesforce CRM implementations and enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, and integrations.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with product backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
