Outpatient Physical Therapist PT OP Houston North Shore. This outpatient position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients, with a focus on functional recovery and community reintegration. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the state; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred; minimum 0 years of experience required
• Responsibilities include completing comprehensive evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, documenting care in medical records, and ensuring care is provided under valid physician orders and insurance approvals.
• Participates in student programs by providing supervision and feedback, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Applies learned information through continuing education and professional development activities.
• Maintains compliance with State Practice Act and other regulatory standards, and keeps licensure in good standing.
• Demonstrates awareness of organizational performance improvement initiatives, contributing to quality of care.
