Cornerbridge Talent Partners is partnering with a high-growth product intelligence platform focused on building AI-native experiences for modern software teams.

We’re hiring a Staff AI Software Engineer to lead the design and deployment of production-grade AI systems powering next-generation product experiences. This role reports into senior engineering leadership and owns AI architecture decisions, model strategy, and end-to-end delivery of user-facing AI capabilities.

About the Company

Our client is building an AI-first platform that helps software organizations better understand and serve their users. The company operates at meaningful scale and is investing heavily in emerging AI product experiences across analytics, automation, and product intelligence.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deploy AI-native systems including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered product features
  • Drive architectural decisions across prompting, fine-tuning, orchestration, and model deployment strategies
  • Build evaluation frameworks, implement guardrails, and improve reliability across production AI systems
  • Partner closely with product and design leaders to shape roadmap direction and identify high-leverage opportunities
  • Optimize model performance across latency, observability, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Contribute across the stack to deliver complete, production-ready AI experiences

What You Bring

  • Deep experience building and shipping production LLM applications and AI infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, and modern model architectures
  • Proven ability to set technical direction and influence engineering standards across teams
  • Experience evaluating model quality, detecting hallucinations, and designing robust evaluation pipelines
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to balance technical ambition against user and business value
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership expectations

Bonus Experience

  • Fine-tuning foundation models in production environments
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agent orchestration frameworks
  • Exposure to AI safety, governance, or guardrail implementation
  • Background in SaaS, analytics, or user behavior platforms

Who This Is For

  • Builders who prefer creating new systems over maintaining existing infrastructure
  • Engineers who combine strong technical depth with product intuition
  • Operators comfortable making decisions without established playbooks
  • Individuals energized by early-stage ambiguity and high-autonomy environments
