We’re Power 96, broadcasting a Classic Rock, Full-Service format. The station serves the Albert Lea-Austin markets and surrounding areas with its massive 25,000 watts signal, making it one of the most powerful stations in the area.

Power 96 helps businesses generate more revenue and get more customers.

As a Power 96 team member, you will help build and develop customer relationships with owners and managers of small businesses. You will be introducing our company and its services and setting up appointments. You will be incorporating a proven marketing system.

If you are a driven, resourceful professional who has sales experience, or you have been in radio and have exceptional communication abilities, we would like to talk to you.

Benefits

We offer one of the most generous performance-based compensation packages. The annual compensation range for this position in the first year is $55,500-$75,000 in US dollars.

Position Overview:

• You will be handling, prospecting, and developing new customer relationships.
• Meet daily call goals and weekly appointment goals following a proven system.
• Have strong telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Great at following up with potential clients.
• You have a computer, internet access, and phone service.

Experience

• Two years’ proven sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You can provide customers with great sales experience.
• Excellent written and computer skills.
