About this role

Join our team as an Ecommerce Data Analyst and help power our digital marketing efforts through customer and performance data.

You’ll serve as a key data resource for our ecommerce team, managing first-party data, email and SMS audiences, customer segmentation, advertising data, and product feeds while collaborating with cross-functional partners to support personalized marketing across acquisition, retention, and reactivation efforts.

We’re looking for someone who brings strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a forward-thinking approach. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets and eager to use AI and automation to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance data quality.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of key marketing data and processes, helping ensure reliable information is available to drive campaigns, personalization, and performance.

  • Own and maintain first-party customer data, including email and SMS audiences, segmentation, targeting criteria, business rules, consent management, and data quality.
  • Manage customer data and audience configurations within Bloomreach or similar platforms
  • Maintain advertising and performance data, including cost data, integrations, data feeds, and reporting.
  • Manage product feeds, tags, pixels, and digital measurement frameworks.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to build audiences, validate data, generate reports, and identify trends and opportunities.

What It Takes

Ideally, you’ll have experience working with databases and large customer or performance datasets in an ecommerce, digital marketing, or marketing data environment. In addition, we’re looking for:

  • Strong SQL and database skills, including querying, reporting, and data validation.
  • Experience with data pipelines, APIs, advertising feeds, and platform integrations.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms, marketing automation, audience segmentation, and email/SMS data governance.
  • Experience with product feeds, tag management, or digital measurement tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical partners.
  • Experience with Bloomreach, Feedonomics, Tealium, AWS Redshift/S3, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to using AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve processes and efficiency.
