This role will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholder communications while coordinating business, functional, technical, infrastructure, security, and testing teams.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading large-scale Oracle EBS upgrades or enterprise application transformations and working closely with business leaders, IT teams, Oracle/support partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
In this role you will

- Coordinate multiple workstreams across business, functional, technical, infrastructure, security, integration, and testing teams.
- Manage RAID logs, dependencies, issues, change control, decisions, and escalation processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee testing activities including integration testing, regression testing, UAT, and performance testing.
- Lead cutover planning, Go/No-Go readiness, production deployment, and post-production stabilization.
- Coordinate remediation of Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, technical dependencies, and other upgrade impacts.
- Manage implementation partners, consulting organizations, Oracle/support partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
- Track project financials, budgets, resource plans, and delivery commitments.
- Provide clear project updates, executive reporting, risk assessments, and recommendations to business and IT leadership.
- Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and ensure critical risks, issues, and dependencies are addressed in a timely manner.
- Ensure project delivery follows established SDLC, release management, testing, governance, and IT change-control processes.
- Drive successful delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget while minimizing business disruption during deployment and stabilization.
