About the role

You will be responsible for the reliability, performance, and cost management of the production infrastructure behind the company's AI products. This hands-on role includes designing and evolving AWS architecture, managing production database operations, and setting high standards for platform reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage AWS architecture to support a rapidly growing AI platform
• Oversee production database operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices
• Monitor and enhance platform performance using Datadog and other tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the platform's growth and scalability

The Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on cloud and reliability
• Hands-on experience with production ownership of AWS infrastructure, including operating and tuning PostgreSQL
• Has measurably reduced latency or cost in production systems
• Has been in high-growth startups or strong tech companies
