Registered Nurse

Job Title: RN Subacute Per Diem 3-11 or 11-7 shift

What you’ll do

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in a subacute environment, focusing on their individual needs, medical needs and preferences.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physical assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, medication administration, and treatment options.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively for documentation and communication purposes.
• Maintain compliance with infection control standards and uphold HIPAA regulations at all times.

Basic qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 6 months experience in SNF, Subacute Unit or comparable setting.

Preferred qualifications

• Background in SNF, Subacute or comparable setting for at least 6 months.
• Proficiency in IV infusion, medication administration, and patient assessment techniques.
