Job Overview

Cloudbeds is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain reliable software solutions that support its hospitality technology platform. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, experience building scalable applications, and an interest in solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Build scalable and reliable application features.
• Develop and integrate APIs and backend services.
• Work with databases and optimize application performance.
• Identify and resolve software defects and technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and technical planning.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in a programming language such as Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and application integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of automated testing and debugging.
• Experience with Git or similar version-control systems.

Compensation

Estimated annual salary: $100,000–$145,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, and responsibilities. Benefits and additional compensation should be confirmed by the employer.
