About this role

Industrial Inside Sales Representative

Clean As New Gulf Coast | Baytown, TX | Full-time | On-site

About Clean As New Gulf Coast

Clean As New Gulf Coast (CANGC) is changing how industrial cleaning gets done; we use ultrasonic and robotic rinsing technologies to clean process equipment for refinery and petrochemical clients. Our methods deliver better results with less manual exposure and faster turnaround than traditional cleaning. We’re based in Baytown, Texas, and run a 24/7 operation built around safety, reliability, and doing the job right.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Industrial Inside Sales Representative to help grow our business across the Gulf Coast. Your main goal is simple: bring as much work as possible into our Baytown facility.

This role is a hybrid. Most of your time goes to inside sales: owning our house accounts, opening new Gulf Coast accounts, and supporting our CEO and field sales team with quotes, proposals, and follow-through.

The rest goes to marketing and CRM. You’ll run the campaigns, content, LinkedIn presence, and events that put our technology in front of plant decision-makers, and you’ll keep our CRM accurate enough that leadership can trust the numbers.

If you like variety, ownership, and selling a technology that really outperforms the status quo, we’d like to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

Sales

  • Own our house accounts as your own book of business. Build relationships with maintenance, reliability, turnaround, and procurement contacts, and grow the work we do for each account.
  • Prospect and qualify new refinery, petrochemical, chemical, and industrial accounts across the Gulf Coast, with a focus on work that can be processed in Baytown.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, confirm capacity with Operations, and manage orders from purchase order to a clean handoff.
  • Support the CEO and field sales team by routing leads, scheduling meetings and site visits, and making sure no quote goes cold.
  • Handle vendor registrations, supplier portals, and contractor prequalification such as ISNetworld and Avetta.

Marketing & CRM

  • Plan and run targeted campaigns by email, on LinkedIn, and through seasonal turnaround outreach.
  • Manage our website content and LinkedIn page, and create case studies, project highlights, and before-and-after content.
  • Keep capability statements, brochures, and proposal templates current and on brand.
  • Coordinate trade shows, industry events, lunch-and-learns, and facility tours.
  • Own the CRM for the sales team, track every lead from first contact to purchase order, and deliver weekly pipeline and activity reports to the CEO.

What You Bring

Required

  • 3+ years of B2B inside sales, account management, or sales support experience, preferably in industrial services, manufacturing, or the energy sector.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing activities such as email campaigns, LinkedIn or social media, content creation, or event coordination.
  • Experience preparing quotes or proposals and managing a pipeline in a CRM.
  • Strong writing skills. You can turn technical information into clear, professional content.
  • Highly organized, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to juggle your own accounts, marketing projects, and team requests.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel periodically across the Gulf Coast region, with occasional overnight travel.
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • TWIC card, or the ability to obtain one, and the ability to meet client site-access requirements.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Preferred

  • Experience selling to refinery, petrochemical, or chemical plant clients.
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning services such as heat exchanger cleaning, hydroblasting, or chemical cleaning.
  • Experience with contractor prequalification platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta).
  • Working knowledge of turnaround and maintenance cycles.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or website content management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base pay.
  • Eligibility for CANGC’s discretionary annual bonus program.
  • BCBSTX PPO medical coverage, with CANGC paying a generous portion of the premium.
  • Dental and vision coverage with employer contributions.
  • Company-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching
  • 120 hours of paid time off per year, plus paid company holidays.
  • Real ownership in a growing company.
