Compensation Range: $65.00 - $73.50 per hour W2

Are you ready to shape the future of human-centered banking solutions across digital and physical customer touchpoints? A premier global financial services institution is seeking a consultative Senior UX & Service Designer to spearhead end-to-end experience architecture for high-visibility enterprise initiatives.

In this strategic role, you will act as a vital bridge between customer needs and business roadmaps, transforming complex ecosystems into seamless, omnichannel user journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Architect comprehensive human-centered artifacts-including service blueprints, conceptual models, and interactive prototypes-to drive strategic design alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
• Optimize multi-channel experience architecture to maximize usability and findability while balancing complex enterprise and regulatory constraints.
• Champion cohesive design system standards by governing interaction patterns and visual frameworks across digital touchpoints to elevate brand equity.
• Partner with product management, engineering, and research leaders to translate strategic customer insights into high-impact, scalable product solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of dedicated UX, experience architecture, or service design experience, including at least 1 year in a design leadership capacity.
• Advanced expertise in industry-standard design tools (Figma) alongside familiarity with emerging AI-assisted prototyping platforms and responsive web frameworks.
• Proven track record of orchestrating end-to-end design thinking methodologies, cross-functional co-creation workshops, and user validation sessions within agile environments.

Bachelor's degree in Service Design, Experience Architecture, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience, paired with consultative stakeholder management capabilities.
