Are you ready to elevate your creative expertise by driving high-visibility digital media strategies for a global professional services firm? As a Senior Graphic Designer for our client, you will serve as a consultative creative partner, translating complex business goals into compelling omnichannel social and paid media solutions.

This dynamic, hybrid opportunity allows you to conceptualize end-to-end campaign assets, mentor cross-functional teams, and shape visual narratives that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with key stakeholders to conceptualize, pitch, and execute high-impact social and paid media campaigns that align with strategic business objectives.
• Direct end-to-end creative processes, including storyboarding, layout design, and presentation development to articulate persuasive and inclusive brand narratives.
• Manage project lifecycles, scope, and resource timelines to ensure the seamless execution of digital and marketing initiatives within budget constraints.
• Mentor junior creative team members through constructive feedback and strategic ideation sprints to elevate overall output quality.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer driving social and paid media marketing initiatives in a dynamic agency or matrixed in-house environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint, backed by a case-study-driven portfolio showcasing conceptual mastery across digital, presentation, and video/animation design.
• Proven track record of conducting cross-functional ideation sessions, co-developing creative briefs, and managing project scope to drive client engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience), paired with executive-level communication, project management, and consultative leadership skills.
• Onsite as needed after the first day in the following cities: Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, or St. Louis
