Digital Product Manager

Are you ready to lead a high-impact digital transformation for a premier global financial institution? We are seeking a strategic Senior Digital Product Manager to own the end-to-end client journey, bridge complex enterprise domains, and drive the future of multi-market authenticated web and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Map the end-to-end client journey across digital, operational, and servicing touchpoints to identify experience gaps, integration dependencies, and cross-channel optimization opportunities.
• Define detailed functional requirements, user workflows, enterprise business rules, and error-handling scenarios for complex, authenticated web and mobile app experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional architecture, technology, legal, risk, and compliance teams to evaluate technical feasibility, streamline delivery sequencing, and navigate regulatory requirements.
• Lead discovery and delivery workstreams within Agile frameworks while serving as the central digital product authority across multiple business domains and technical platforms.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, product ownership, or business analysis within complex, highly regulated industries.
• 5+ years of demonstrated expertise defining and delivering complex, responsive web and mobile application experiences across multiple backend systems and APIs.
• Proven track record navigating multi-market, global, or international digital initiatives while collaborating effectively with risk, legal, and compliance partners.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) with deep expertise in Agile delivery models, Jira/Confluence, and cross-workstream project governance.
