About this role
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable, organized, and proactive professional to work directly with an entrepreneur who owns and operates multiple businesses across different industries and locations throughout the United States.
Our business interests include insurance, tax services, technology, professional services, media, and other developing ventures.
As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can help establish organization, coordinate operations, manage projects, and ensure important business initiatives consistently move forward.
This position combines elements of executive assistance, business operations, project management, and strategic coordination.
We are not looking for someone who simply waits for instructions. We need a resourceful individual who can take initiative, solve problems, follow through, and take meaningful responsibilities off the business owner's plate.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Business Operations

- Coordinate new business launches, ongoing projects, and operational improvements.
- Track assignments and follow up with employees, contractors, and service providers.
- Research and coordinate resources needed to complete projects.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain visibility into active initiatives.
Executive Support

Business Growth & Implementation
- Assist with research, planning, and execution of new opportunities.

- Professional, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential business information.
Experience working directly with entrepreneurs, small-business owners, or multiple companies is highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys making things happen.
You don't need every detail explained before getting started. You know how to research, organize, follow up, and find solutions.
You are comfortable working with a business owner who has multiple projects and ideas in motion and can help turn those ideas into organized, actionable plans.
You take pride in completing projects, keeping people accountable, and creating systems that make organizations run more efficiently.
