About this role
Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing distributor with an expanding footprint across the Southeast, for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales efforts across multiple states.
This is a high-visibility role for a driven sales leader who wants ownership over territory strategy, team performance, and revenue growth, with a direct line to senior leadership and real influence over how the region is built out.
Day to day, you will split time between coaching account executives in the field, reviewing pipeline and forecast data, and meeting with key clients to strengthen relationships and close larger deals.
People who thrive in this role are competitive but collaborative, comfortable holding reps accountable to numbers while also rolling up their sleeves to help win a deal, and energized by frequent travel and face-to-face selling rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
