Primary:

• Strong prompt-writing skills and a working understanding of what AI tools can and can't do.
• Experience in insurance or financial services.
• Support platform operations
• Organize process knowledge
• Write short use-case documents

3+ years in a client-facing role such as solutions consulting, implementation, business analysis or technical training.

• Hands-on experience getting real work done with Claude, Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise, including building agents, Projects or custom GPTs.
• Microsoft 365 experience (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot Studio).

Secondary:

• Run working sessions with business teams (Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Operations) to map workflows and pick the best AI opportunities.
• Able to run a workshop with non-technical staff and explain trade-offs to leaders.
• Set up solutions in Claude and Copilot
• Turn one-off wins into templates other teams can reuse.
• Deliver training and help build a network of business-side AI Champions
• Look for people who have both built it and taught it

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40.45/hour - $63.20/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
