Coordinate Rotary Rink group visits, birthday parties, and school bookings, including scheduling, visitor information, and follow-up.

Provide assigned weekday, midday concession and skate rental coverage and support concession operations during Tree Lighting and other designated activities.

Coordinate concession inventory and ordering within approved purchasing procedures; maintain organized supplies and report shortages.

Support consistent staff procedures for customer service, skate rentals, food handling, cleaning, point-of-sale transactions, and opening and closing duties.

Program Administration and Reporting

Maintain accurate attendance, sales, inventory, booking, and participant records; reconcile assigned cash and credit transactions and prepare required reports.

Collect seasonal staff scheduling and timekeeping information for review and processing.

Prepare brief program recaps, including attendance, participation, operational observations, and recommendations for improvement.

Maintain organized program files and complete related marketing and event support duties as assigned.
