You will support the brand and portfolio strategy, the innovation pipeline, and the Fresh brand P&L, and turn plans into on-time execution across the portfolio.
You will work with partners in Sales, Brand, Digital Activation, Shopper, and Product Development across our matrix, and help prepare the plans and results shared with the Executive Leadership Team.
This role suits an analytical, hands-on marketer early in their brand management career who is passionate about better food and wants to grow into a Brand Manager role.

- + Support development of the three-year brand and portfolio strategy, including analysis of segments, channels, occasions, and product performance.
+ Help maintain product positioning and architecture across the Fresh portfolio, keeping packaging and communications consistent.
+ Prepare SKU performance analysis for the PMR process and support rationalization recommendations.
+ Bring our plant-rich, B Corp story to life in packaging, sell-in materials, and consumer communications.
- Business Analysis & P&L Support
- + Track Fresh brand performance weekly and monthly, including volume, revenue, share, and margin, using syndicated (Circana/NielsenIQ), retailer POS, and internal data; flag issues and recommend actions.
+ Support the brand input to the annual operating plan and track marketing spend against budget.
+ Provide analysis for pricing, promotion, and price-pack architecture work with Revenue Growth Management and Finance.
+ Prepare materials for business reviews with leadership.
+ Participate in the demand forecast process (DMR), providing brand inputs on promotions, launches, and seasonality to Supply Chain and Sales.
+ Support margin improvement and cost-savings projects with Procurement and Product Development, tracking timelines and savings.
+ Partner with Consumer and Category Insights on category, competitor, and consumer analysis, and share learnings with the team.
- Innovation
- + Support the Fresh innovation pipeline with Innovation & Culinary Creations, managing project timelines and stage-gate materials for line extensions, new platforms, and packaging innovations.
+ Lead packaging and label projects from brief to shelf, coordinating design agencies, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, and Operations.
+ Conduct post-launch and post-mortem analyses to capture learnings for future initiatives.
- Cross-Functional & Commercial Partnership
- + Support Sales with sell-in materials, selling stories, and data for retailer meetings and joint business plans.
+ Work with Shopper Marketing and Digital Activation on promotions, retail media, and digital shelf content.
+ Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain on launch and packaging changeover timing.
+ Work with Regulatory and Quality to ensure on-pack claims, labeling, and nutrition panels are accurate and compliant.

+ 2–4 years of CPG brand management or marketing experience, or an MBA with a brand management internship.
+ Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in syndicated data (Circana and/or NielsenIQ).
+ Proven project management skills: you keep multiple projects, partners, and deadlines moving at once.
+ Clear written and verbal communication, including turning data into a short, persuasive story.
+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferred
- + MBA.
+ Experience in fresh, produce, or perishables.
