Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Complete admission, transfer, and discharge documentation accurately.
• Maintain detailed and timely nursing notes.
• Complete accident and incident reports as required.
• Report discrepancies regarding physician orders, charting, or medications.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Review resident charts, treatment plans, and medication records.
• Educate residents and families to promote health and well-being.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

------------------

• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Nursing & Rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
