Help Us
Build Something New at Behavior Bridge Services!
Every Person Matters. Every Skill Matters. Every Connection Matters.
Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for an opportunity to grow professionally, have flexibility, and be part of something new?
Behavior Bridge Services is exploring the expansion of our services to include occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy!
We are looking for compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapists who may be interested in helping us develop a multidisciplinary therapy program focused on supporting children and families.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing program rather than simply step into an established position.
About Behavior Bridge Services
Behavior Bridge Services was founded on the belief that every person matters.
We believe families deserve to feel heard, children deserve individualized care, and employees deserve to work somewhere they are valued and supported.
Our existing behavioral health team provides individualized ABA services to children and families throughout our service area. As we look toward expansion, we are interested in bringing additional therapeutic services together to better support the needs of the children and families we serve.
The Opportunity
We are exploring opportunities to develop occupational therapy services and potentially expand into speech and physical therapy.
Depending on experience, availability, and program development, responsibilities may include:
- Providing individualized occupational therapy evaluations and treatment.
- Supporting the development of fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills.
- Addressing functional skills related to daily living, independence, and participation in everyday activities.
- Developing individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
- Working with children with autism, developmental delays, and other developmental needs.
- Providing caregiver education, training, and recommendations.
- Collaborating with families and other professionals.
- Coordinating care with our existing ABA team when clients receive both services.
- Helping establish clinical processes and contributing to the development of a new therapy program.
- Potential opportunities to help develop an office-based therapy setting.
What We Are Looking For
Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license.
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or other qualifying educational credentials.
Experience working with children preferred.
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach.
Interest in helping develop and grow a new program.
Flexible Opportunities
We are open to discussing different employment arrangements based on the right candidate and the needs of the program.
Potential opportunities include
Full-time employment.
Part-time employment.
Contract opportunities.
Flexible scheduling.
Office-based and/or community-based services as the program develops.
Compensation and employment structure will be based on experience, qualifications, and the arrangement established.
Why Behavior Bridge Services?
We are not interested in building a company where employees feel like numbers.
We want professionals who feel supported, respected, and excited about the work they do.
Our core values include compassion, respect, reliability, professionalism, communication, teamwork, and continued learning and growth.
We believe clinical excellence and compassionate care should go hand in hand.
