Nurse Practitioner (Pain Management) – Part Time

Job Description:

Wellspring Pain Clinic is hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner for our pain management clinic in Merrillville. The Nurse Practitioner will work with the physician to evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain, perform follow-up visits, review diagnostic studies, assist with treatment planning, and complete documentation.

Requirements:

• Active Indiana Nurse Practitioner license (required)
• Pain management experience preferred
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
