Remote Outside Sales Representative

Join our dynamic team as a Remote Outside Sales Representative specializing in audiovisual and low-voltage subcontracting labor solutions! In this energetic role, you will drive business growth by engaging with potential clients nationally. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing an exciting opportunity for uncapped, aggressive, commission-based compensation.

Commissions are paid on the projected profit not the actual profit which is great for you. You can live anywhere in the United States.

Duties

• Engage in outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients interested in audiovisual and low-voltage subcontract labor services
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client requirements and deliver solutions-based proposals
• Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Utilize CRM systems like Odoo to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and follow-up plans for business development
• Adopt and leverage sales technology platforms and automation tools to streamline sales processes and increase productivity
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication, active listening, and professional client engagement

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly
• Strong negotiation skills
• The ability to work from home and manage your own time efficiently

Nice to Have

• Experience with inside sales, telemarketing, or call center environments is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, business development, and client relationship management
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of motivation and discipline
