Aura Medspa is a boutique medical aesthetics and wellness practice located in Vienna, Virginia, specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments, cosmetic injectables, and personalized wellness services.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is eager to begin or grow their career in medical aesthetics and wellness.

Position Overview

This opportunity is ideal for a newly licensed Nurse Practitioner or an NP looking to transition into aesthetic medicine. We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, committed to patient safety, and interested in developing skills in cosmetic injectables and wellness treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, medical evaluations, and assessments.
• Learn and perform aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other procedures, following appropriate training and competency verification.
• Develop familiarity with GLP-1 medications, peptide therapies, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including patient education and safety considerations.
• Assist in developing individualized aesthetic and wellness treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team.
• Follow established clinical protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Virginia Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for licensure before employment.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current national certification.
• Interest in aesthetic medicine, GLP-1 medications, peptides, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
• Strong communication, patient assessment, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and develop clinical skills.
• Professional, dependable, and committed to exceptional patient care.

No prior aesthetic experience is required. Candidates must be willing to participate in training and demonstrate competency before independently performing procedures.
