About this role

The Opportunity

Build the Playbook, Don’t Just Read It

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Arbitr is an AI Context platform. We help global enterprises govern the content and context their AI runs on, so their models and agents produce output that is accurate, on-brand and trusted.

Arbitr is an early-stage, high-growth platform at the leading edge of how enterprises put AI to work at scale. We’re looking for an elite, commercially driven Account Executive to help build our commercial engine across the Americas.

This is not a role for someone who wants to coast on an established brand or sell a product that never changes. You’ll shape how Arbitr is positioned in a fast-moving category. You’ll run your own go-to-market motions within your territory and work closely with customers to influence the product roadmap.

You’ll need the consultative credibility to show prospects where the platform is today and where it’s headed, delivering value now while selling the long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Proactively prospect, qualify and build a high-velocity pipeline of enterprise customers across the Americas.
  • Customer Platform Transition: Identify accounts on legacy services and lead the commercial strategy to move them onto the Arbitr AI Context platform smoothly.
  • Account Expansion: Drive net retention and upsell revenue in active Arbitr accounts as their AI adoption and platform usage grow.
  • Full-Cycle Execution: Own the sales cycle end to end, from discovery and tailored product demonstrations through executive negotiation and close.
  • Vision-Led Selling: Be transparent about what the platform does today while confidently selling our roadmap and future-state vision.
  • Territory Ownership: Decide for yourself how to split your time and resources across net-new acquisition, platform transition and expansion, and exceed your quarterly quota.
  • Executive Engagement: Build high-trust relationships with senior stakeholders across technology, data, AI and business functions, and position Arbitr as an essential strategic partner in their AI strategy.
  • Customer Voice & Feedback: Act as the strategic frontline feedback loop between the market and our Product team.
  • Pipeline Hygiene & Forecasting: Keep the CRM disciplined and up to date, and give sales leadership reliable, accurate revenue forecasts.

How We Measure Success

  • New logo ARR and bookings
  • Successful transition rate of designated legacy accounts
  • Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion ARR within your territory
  • Qualified pipeline generation and coverage ratios
  • Sales cycle velocity, conversion rates and quota attainment

Who You Are

  • Proven Performer: You have a track record of meeting or beating enterprise quotas, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software or AI solutions.
  • Versatile Dealmaker: You’ve balanced greenfield hunting, account transition and expansion.
  • Autonomous & Resilient: You thrive in an ambiguous, early-stage environment where processes are still being built and initiative is required.
  • Consultative Strategist: You excel at value-based selling. You uncover the operational friction holding back a customer’s AI initiatives and connect platform capabilities to executive business goals.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You’re polished in speech and in writing, and you carry credibility with enterprise leaders across diverse regional markets.
  • Data-Informed: You’re rigorous about CRM accuracy, pipeline transparency and pipeline math.
  • Bonus points: A background in AI/ML platforms, data or knowledge management, content governance, legal tech or contract lifecycle management (CLM), or early-stage/Series A scale-ups.

Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid model based out of Philadelphia, PA, with regular collaborative time in the office.
  • Territory coverage across the Americas, with domestic and regional travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

Why Join Us

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape Arbitr’s commercial playbook across the Americas. You’ll get the speed and upside of an early-stage venture, backed by the operational stability of an established company, with uncapped commission.
