By integrating elements of time, sound, and space with foundational design principles, your creative vision and execution will directly influence how breakthrough solutions are experienced by global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamic Campaign Execution: Develop a wide variety of motion graphic assets ranging from titles, lower thirds, and MOGRT templates to instructional video tutorials, long-form animated event installations, and promotional clips.

End-to-End Creative Storytelling

Take creative concepts from storyboarding to final execution, while also jumping seamlessly into active pipelines to elevate existing projects.

Strategic Brand & Creative Alignment

Translate creative briefs and business challenges into innovative motion solutions, balancing strict brand adherence for core materials with out-of-the-box visual exploration.

Technical & Workflow Leadership

Build standardized brand templates for video vendors, manage MOGRT libraries to ensure consistency, and provide actionable design direction to internal and external partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with multi-disciplinary teams to receive, integrate, and refine feedback while clearly communicating project status and timelines. Must-Have Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of full-time, real-world After Effects experience specifically focused on marketing, advertising, and titling (or a portfolio that demonstrates equivalent expertise).

Technical Mastery

Dedicated proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with comfortable experience utilizing After Effects scripts and expressions.

Time-Based Aesthetics

Advanced mastery of rhythm, flow, temporal composition, editorial pacing, and visual tension.

Communication & Presentation

Demonstrated ability to confidently present design rationale to broad audiences and creative leads.

Collaborative Mindset

Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Application Requirements

  • Submission of a demo reel/portfolio AND a sample After Effects project file ready for post-production handoff.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications 3D Capabilities: Familiarity with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Element 3D, Blender, or equivalent software.
