Information Technology Manager

This person will report directly to the COO and lead the IT team, keeping the company’s technology running smoothly across its U.S. and European offices. The role includes daily IT support, longer-term planning, cybersecurity, and coordination with outside IT providers.

• Lead the IT team and make sure employee support requests are prioritized and resolved.
• Maintain computers, servers, networks, software, backups, and recovery plans.
• Support the ERP system and coordinate issues with its outside support partner.
• Manage outside IT providers supporting European offices and monitor their service.
• Keep company systems and information secure and support required security and privacy standards.
• Work with engineering teams where IT systems connect with equipment and production operations.
• Support AI initiatives from an infrastructure and security standpoint.
