Membership Sales Director - FULL TIME + BENEFITS

Location:

• Germantown, WI

Essential Job Duties Include:

• Membership Sales & Engagement
• Day-to-day operations for the club
• Marketing & Advertising with Local Businesses
• Community Involvement and Outreach

The ideal candidate would match the following qualities:

• Must be a high-energy fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others!
• Industry experience not a must, but first rate people skills are
• Must have an extroverted personality and enjoy meeting new people every day
• Competitive personality also a plus

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• CPR/AED/Basic First Aid certifications must be completed within 30 days of employment.
• Minimum of one year experience in sales-related position

Benefits

Compensation:

• Base Salary + Commission & Bonus - $30,000 Base with total compensation first year estimated at $50 - $60,000 total.

Schedule:

• 10:00 am-7:00 pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-Noon on Friday
• Must be available for Saturdays during the month of January only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
