Job Description

Andolasoft Inc. is seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming knowledge, experience with application development, and the ability to create reliable and scalable software solutions.

This position involves collaborating with engineering teams to develop new features, improve existing systems, and deliver high-quality technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable programming code.
• Build web applications and backend software components.
• Develop and integrate APIs and database systems.
• Troubleshoot software defects and resolve technical issues.
• Improve application performance, security, and reliability.
• Participate in software testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Support software deployment and ongoing application maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar programming languages.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures.
• Knowledge of web development and database management.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and software integration.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.
• Understanding of AI integration and modern application architecture.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

Compensation

Estimated annual salary range: $90,000 – $125,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, and qualifications. Actual compensation must be confirmed by the employer.
