Anchor Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to coordinate complex deployments, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure technical projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deployment programs from planning through completion
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and project teams
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Identify risks and resolve deployment challenges
• Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Improve deployment processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in technical program or project management
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Familiarity with technical deployments and implementation processes
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
