Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and competing priorities; proactively implement corrective actions. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document decisions, maintain action items, and provide regular project status reports.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, workflows, and development practices. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and senior leadership. Coordinate internal resources, external vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.

Advanced, hands-on Jira administration and configuration experience. Experience managing offshore development teams across significant time-zone differences. Working knowledge of coding concepts and JavaScript (JS).

Familiarity with SQL, AngularJS, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, and WordPress. Proficiency with project management tools, Gantt charts, workflow diagrams, dashboards, and automated reporting. Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, accountability, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, but not mandatory.
