Operations Manager – Luxury Residential & Business Development

America's Hospitality Group (AHG) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Pay: $50,000–$55,000 annually (full-time equivalent), plus performance-based incentives. Part-time pay based on agreed hours.

Help Launch and Lead Our Chicago Operations

America's Hospitality Group is expanding into Chicago! We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager who understands luxury residential communities, knows how to build relationships, and wants to play a key role in growing our presence in the market.

AHG provides concierge, front desk, valet, and resident services to upscale apartment communities and luxury residential high-rises across major metropolitan markets.

This position starts with business development and transitions into operations management as new properties are secured.

You'll work directly with company leadership to establish relationships with property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups. As AHG secures new residential properties in Chicago, your responsibilities will expand into overseeing on-site teams and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Client Relationships

• Build relationships with luxury apartment communities, high-rise residential properties, and property management companies throughout Chicago.
• Visit prospective properties and meet with property managers, regional directors, and ownership representatives.
• Identify opportunities for concierge, front desk, valet, and resident services contracts.
• Coordinate with executive leadership on prospective clients, meetings, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups.

Operations Management — As Properties Are Secured

• Oversee concierge, front desk, and resident services teams.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise employees.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, appearance, and resident service.
• Build strong relationships with property management and clients.
• Manage staffing coverage, employee performance, and operational concerns.
• Support successful launches of new Chicago properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury residential property management, multifamily housing, concierge operations, hospitality management, or a related leadership role.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable visiting properties, meeting decision-makers, and developing new business relationships.
• Experience supervising employees and managing daily operations.
• Self-motivated, professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Knowledge of Chicago's luxury residential or property management market is highly preferred.
• Business development or client acquisition experience is a plus.
