Details Home health care setting within the Physical Therapy unit Day shift schedule with options for M-F, T-Sa, Su-Th, or four 10-hour shifts 40 guaranteed hours per week for 8-10 hour shifts, or 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts No on-call or call-back responsibilities Uses a computerized charting system other than standard EMR platforms Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent experience required BLS certification required License required if applicable Valid driver's license required for consideration Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including employment dates and rehire eligibility
