Licensed Physical Therapist, Full Time, Vernal, UT-Home Health

We are thrilled to announce a full time Physical Therapist position in the beautiful Vernal/Roosevelt area. Our PT will receive a $10K signing bonus. We're excited to offer our PT $85-$110 per visit, a generous hourly rate, and an extra $10 per hour while traveling.

We are a looking for a Physical Therapist to work specializing in home care to help our patients meet all of their treatment goals. We offer a great work environment, a beautiful facility to work in, and a fantastic team environment. Our Physical Therapist will be responsible for the following:

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about
• Develop an individualized treatment plan
• Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
• Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients’ pain and provide stimulation to promote healing
• Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
• Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process
• PT will perform evaluations, routines, discharges, discharge oasis, and admit oasis visits.

We offer our Physical Therapist a generous compensation package and endless career potential. Our PT will enjoy a generous hourly pay rate in addition to a pay per visit ($80-$90 per visit) pay scale. Our PT will need reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a current driver's license.
