Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a highly technical Senior Software Engineer to join an early-stage AI startup building automation and data platforms for the construction industry. Key Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience. Founding engineer or early employee at a B2B SaaS startup.

Strong expertise in Python and production backend systems. Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and serverless architecture. Experience owning backend systems end-to-end.

Familiarity with React and AI coding tools. BS in Computer Science or a related STEM degree. Product mindset, customer-facing communication, and mentoring skills. 🌟 Opportunity: Grow into a Lead Engineer role within 3–6 months.
